Refund policy

 

At Paris Morris, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to our return policy below and email us at parismorrisdesign@gmail.com to initiate your return:

Domestic Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The cost of shipping is nonrefundable. 
  • All art, digital files, and handmade items (Birthday Banners, etc.) are FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All returned items will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. 
  • We offer Refunds, not store credit.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please place a new order, and we’ll help you with the return process for your initial purchase.
  • Please ensure returned merchandise is unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with tags intact.
  • "Final Sale" items include those permanently reduced on our website, anything in our last chance clearance section, flash sale items, and items purchased during site-wide promotions, including sample pieces. Promo codes from email and text subscriptions are not applicable.
  • Price adjustments are not available.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If our prepaid label is used, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 

  • Our cotton bunnies are decorative items designed for aesthetic purposes and not intended for rough play. Due to their delicate nature, we cannot guarantee them beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have any issues within this period, please contact us for assistance.

Defective Items

If you receive defective items, please email us with photos of the damage at parismorrisdesign@gmail.com. We will promptly assist you with a solution or replacement.

Note: Please allow us 2-3 business days to respond. Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been used or washed. Returns must be mailed back in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. 

**To prevent dye transfer, we strongly recommend washing all items before use. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any dye transfer that occurs.**
